At Amai, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our handcrafted and customized products, returns and refunds are not accepted under normal circumstances. Returns/Refunds are ONLY applicable if: The product is received in a damaged condition. The damage is reported to us within 12 hours of delivery. Important: You must share clear photos/videos of the damaged item along with your order details when reporting. Reports made after 12 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or refund. Slight variations in color, design, or minor imperfections (common in handwork) will not be considered as damages.
